The Alchemist has been brewing Heady Topper since 2003. This Double IPA is not intended to be the strongest or most bitter DIPA. It is brewed to give you wave after wave of hop flavor without any astringent bitterness. We brew Heady Topper with a proprietary blend of six hops - each imparting its own unique flavor and aroma.

Harpoon Brewery
336 Ruth Carney Drive
Windsor, VT
We started the Harpoon Brewery in 1986 because-like today-we loved beer and wanted more quality choices. There was only one problem: we were beer lovers, not brewers. We knew what we wanted to drink, but we needed some help actually brewing it. So we enlisted our first brewer, took over some warehouse space on the Boston waterfront, and began introducing fresh, local craft beer to Boston drinkers. We tried to do it in a way that captured the spirit of fun that had brought us to beer in the first place. From that warehouse, surrounded by fish companies on the docks of South Boston (neighboring what is now the Seaport District), we couldn't imagine that craft brewing would become what it has today. We look forward to having a beer with you soon!

Kingdom Brewing
353 Coburn Hill Road
Newport, VT
Kingdom Brewing is located high atop Coburn Hill in the town of Newpoer Center, just a half mile past the northern most point of Route 100 on 105 East. The northern most point of Route 100 can be found about 4 miles southwest of Lake Memphremagog. Brian and Jenn Cook created Kingdom Brewing with the intent to brew terrific craft beers from a wide variety of locally produced ingredients. Starting with American grown grains, they add locally produced ingredients such as maple sap, spruce tips or apples to create a variety of light to robust seasonal beers. In addition to their homegrown philosophy, the Cooks run Kingdom Brewing in the most environmentally friendly way possible. One common problem for many brewers is finding a way to dispose of the mash left over from the brewing process. The Black Angus beef herd on the Cook’s farm happily dispose of the spent grains for them. Additionally, the brewery uses a geo-thermal type of fermentation cooling system. See what’s brewing on Facebook!

Sean Lawson, The Beer Guy
Long Trail Brewing
5520 Route 4
Bridgewaters Corners, VT
The Long Trail Brewing Company began its mission to brew high quality craft beer in November 1989. A humble beginning in the basement of the old Bridgewater Woolen Mill along the Ottauquechee River in the Green Mountains of Vermont was soon outgrown so the brewery packed up and "Hit the Trail" up the road to a riverside hay field where they now reside. Long Trail takes the words "Environmentally Conscious" very seriously. Appreciation for our surroundings and an understanding of the resource limitations of our local environment have inspired our company to consider ways to minimize the environmental impact our brewery has on our area. By combining the very best ingredients available—like pure Vermont drinking water - and environmentally minded brewing processes with a genuine passion for brewing high quality craft beer, Long Trail proudly produces an extraordinary Family of Fine Ales.
Lost Nation Brewing

The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Enjoy!

Johannes’ dream became reality in the Spring of 2010, with the opening of the Trapp Family Brewery. The modest facility (60,000 or so gallons a year) is located in the lower level of the DeliBakery (formerly the Austrian Tea Room), where draughts of the heavenly concoction will be available year round.
Trout River Brewing Company

Dan and Laura Gates founded Trout River Brewing Company in July of 1996. Over the years, Dan developed some of best craft brews in the state of Vermont. Trout River Brewing Company was one of the original players in the early stages of the Vermont craft beer movement and became well known throughout New England. In the fall of 2014, Dan decided to step down as owner of Trout River Brewing Company. Kelen Beardsley, Gabriel Streeter, and Trevor Billings, three friends from the town of Springfield, Vermont, purchased the brewery. The three new owners are incorporated under Vermont Beer Shapers, LTD., honoring the heritage of the building that they moved the brewery to, the Fellows Gear Shaper building, located in the heart of Springfield, VT. “We want to keep the traditions and some of the great beers Dan has created over the years, while making Trout River our own.” says Kelen Beardsley, President. Today, Trout River Brewing Company prides itself on delivering the best products in the spirit of the Vermont craft brewing industry. The goal is to create quality traditional style ales, while adding a personalized touch. Trout River Brewing Company is crafting beer that’s refreshing, delicious, and enjoyable. The only question you need to answer is: would you love a beer?

The pub brews with artisanal imported malts and fresh hops and do not lessen the quality of these fine ales and lagers by rushing the process. Local ingredients are also used whenever possible. They are famous for a reason: Quality. “Rich with heritage and being the oldest micro brew in Vermont speaks for itself,” writes Shannon Smith of “The Vermont Pub and Brewery is always coming up with new formulas to make a better beer and they have accomplished this repeatedly.
